Kaylin N. James is a New Orleans-born, Atlanta-based portrait photographer and curator whose work centers on Black portraiture, memory, and the preservation of cultural narratives. A graduate of SCAD with an MFA in photography, her work has been featured in Frieze, Essence and many other notable publications. She is the founder of Cult Curated, a platform dedicated to uplifting Black artists through exhibitions, workshops, and community initiatives.
